DR. Ernesto Hernandez, PsyD.

Dr. Ernesto Hernandez has been a practicing neuropsychologist for over a decade. He earned his Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling Psychology from Turabo University. Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Hernandez completed an internship at the Neurobehavioral Institute of Miami and a fellowship in Neuropsychology at the Florida Institute of Neurological Rehabilitation. Today, in addition to clinical work, he serves as the founding Executive Director of NIONY.
Julian M. David-Drori MS, EMT, BCCS

Julian M. David-Drori received his Bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo in 2019, graduating with a double major in History and Psychology. He later earned his Master of Science in Neuroscience and Education from Columbia University's Teachers College. Julian is the founding Director of Research for NIONY and serves as the Principal Investigator (PI) for the Multiple Research Pathways (MRP) lab.
